Delivery Timeframes
Our delivery process is divided into two main stages:
Processing Time (24–48 hours)
Order confirmation, adjustments, quality check, and packaging.
Shipping Time (approx. 6–10 business days)
The time your order needs to travel from our international fulfillment center to your delivery address.

Please note: Delivery times exclude potential delays caused by customs procedures, import duties, or local clearance processes. Delivery times may also be longer during busy periods such as Christmas, New Year, Black Friday, or Valentine’s Day.

SHIPPING INSURANCE POLICY
We do everything we can to ensure that shipments are handled carefully and arrive safely at their destination. For additional peace of mind, we offer optional shipping insurance. This document explains our policy regarding the non-refundable nature of shipping insurance.
Policy Details
Insurance Coverage
Shipping insurance covers loss, theft, or damage to your package during transit, up to the value you declared at checkout/purchase.
Non-Refundable Clause
Once purchased, shipping insurance is non-refundable, regardless of whether the insurance is ultimately used or the outcome of the shipment.
Claims Process

Damaged items: Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the damaged goods.

Please provide all required documentation, including proof of value and (if available) photos.

Acceptance
By purchasing shipping insurance, the customer acknowledges and accepts the terms outlined in this policy, including the fact that the insurance is non-refundable.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Packing and processing of your order begins immediately after it is received.
